The launch design pairs OCAT with tokenized META. Verify the current market on Long. OCAT is a meme token, not Meta shares, not backed by Meta and not indexed to META. No holder rewards are planned. Tokenized META has separate issuer terms and risks.

The ratio means OCAT per 1 META, not a guaranteed trade quote. Pool depth, fees and trade size affect execution. Tokenized META can trade at a premium or discount to the stock, especially outside regular market hours. Both assets can lose value; OCAT can lose all value.

The reviewed Long route uses a 0.1% LP fee (route research, not an independently verified live quote): 95% of that component goes to the configured fee recipient, equivalent to 0.095% nominally. The separate hook calculates 100% at initialization, decaying to 1.4% over 10 seconds on its fee base. For a fixed-input swap this is deducted from the core swap output. Do not trade in the opening window. Final settings and executable quotes must be checked; gas and routing costs are additional.

Proposed policy, not an active contract: 80% of collected creator LP fees would be reserved for liquidity and 20% for operations. This is a manual policy under the published operator's control, not a locked vault or automatic LP deposit. Addresses and transactions will be disclosed before this policy starts. No holder payout or price floor is promised.
